As a convenience to our clients, we provide complimentary underground parking which is clearly marked with our firm name near the Shell Road entrance on the northeast side (stall numbers 91, 92, 93 & 94) of the underground parking area.

From Vancouver via Knight Street

• Travel south on Knight Street crossing the Knight Street Bridge.
• Take the Bridgeport Road West exit. (exit to right)
• Travel west on Bridgeport Road (approx. ¾ miles) until you reach Shell Road.
• Make a left turn from Bridgeport road onto Shell road.
• Travel south on Shell road.
• Turn right into the underground parking area of building immediately (approx. 100 feet) before the intersection at Cambie and Shell Roads.

From Vancouver via Oak Street

• Travel South on Oak Street.
• Continue south and cross the Oak Street Bridge.
• You will now be traveling South on Highway 99.
• At exit #38(Shell Road exit) keep right, exiting using the off ramp.
• Turn left (North) at the traffic light, onto Shell Road.
• Continue north on Shell road and cross intersection at Cambie Road.
• Immediately (approx. 100 feet) after the Cambie road intersection turn left into the underground parking area of building on northwest corner of Cambie Road and Shell Road

From Surrey/New Westminster via Highway 91

• Travel west on Highway 91.
• Turn right (North) onto Shell Road.
• Continue north on Shell road and cross intersection at Cambie Road.
• Immediately (approx. 100 feet) after the Cambie road intersection turn left into underground parking area of building on northwest corner of Cambie Road and Shell Road.

From Surrey/Delta/White Rock/Tsawwassen via Highway 99

• Travel north/west on Highway 99.
• Continue on Highway 99 through George Massey Tunnel.
• Keep right onto off ramp at Westminster Highway exit
• Keep left and turn left (West) at Westminster Highway traffic light.
• Continue West to Shell Road
• Turn right(north) onto Shell Road
• Continue north on Shell road and cross intersection at Cambie Road.

From Central Richmond via No. 3 Road

• Travel north on No. 3 road until reaching Cambie Road.
• Turn right (east) onto Cambie Road.
• Continue traveling east on Cambie Road for approx. 2 miles(crossing over Highway 99).
• At the Shell road intersection turn left from Cambie Road onto Shell Road.
• Immediately (approx. 100 feet) after the Cambie road intersection turn left into underground parking area of building on northwest corner of Cambie Road and Shell Road.
