Marvin Lithwick
Marvin graduated from McGill University (Honours, Political Science) in 1979 and from the University of Alberta (Law Faculty) in 1982. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1983 and has practiced in Richmond since that time.
Marvin specializes in civil litigation, primarily dealing with commercial and corporate disputes. He has extensive experience in employment, construction, contract, company and condominium law. He is also a registered trademark agent. Marvin appears before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal of British Columbia and the Federal Court of Canada, as well as at multi-party mediations and at arbitrations. Marvin oversees the firm's corporate/commercial litigation practice.
Marvin relies on his over 24 years of practice experience to provide his clients with the best practical, cost-effective and result-oriented advice. He advises and assists a very diverse clientele, ranging from large corporations to private individuals.
