Jonathan D. Waller
Jonathan graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School in 1995
and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in November 1996. Since 1997, he
has been practicing civil litigation and personal injury litigation in the Lower
Mainland. He joined Kahn Zack Ehrlich Lithwick’s civil litigation and personal
injury practice groups in December 2007.
Jonathan’s practice experience covers a broad spectrum of civil litigation,
including debt collection, builders’ liens, and property disputes. His
experience in the personal injury field includes motor vehicle accidents,
slip-and-fall and other injuries. In addition, Jonathan has a strong interest in
estate litigation, including disputes over the validity of wills and challenges
under the Wills Variation Act. Jonathan has appeared before the Court of Appeal,
Supreme Court and Provincial Court.
Jonathan lives in Vancouver with his wife, Jen, and two children. In his spare
time, he enjoys hiking around the North Shore mountains. He is also an avid
supporter of the Vancouver Whitecaps.
