Cathy completed both her summer and full-time articles at Kahn Zack Ehrlich Lithwick LLP and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2020. Cathy practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate, corporate finance, and wills, estates and trusts. She has assisted clients with a broad range of matters, including drafting commercial agreements and employment agreements, commercial leasing, franchising, buying and selling businesses, real estate transactions and various corporate matters, as well as family matters.
Cathy obtained her law degree from the University of British Columbia in 2019. During law school, Cathy was involved with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program as a clinician and clinic head at the Chinatown clinic as well as the Criminal Law Clinic. Cathy also competed in the BC Law Schools Moot and participated in a semester-long externship with in-house counsel at a large forestry company.
Prior to attending law school, Cathy attended Simon Fraser University on scholarship and obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in criminology. While studying at Simon Fraser University, Cathy worked as a legal administrative assistant at Kahn Zack Ehrlich Lithwick LLP.
In her spare time, Cathy enjoys spending time with her miniature poodle and her family.
Cathy is bilingual in English and Mandarin.
