Chelsea obtained her law degree from the University of British Columbia in 2021. While in law school, Chelsea was a clinician for Rise Women’s Legal Centre, where she assisted marginalized women with their family law matters. During her third year, she worked as the Student Coordinator for the Centre for Feminist Legal Studies and as a research associate with the FREDA Centre at Simon Fraser University. She was called to the bar in 2022 and practices in the areas of Family Law and Estate Litigation.
Chelsea is part of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers’ Advocacy Committee, where she organizes events and campaigns to promote equity, diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
In her spare time, she creates watercolour paintings and runs her online stationery and print shop.
