Danny graduated from U.B.C. Law School in 1972 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1973. He has practiced in Richmond for 42 years and is a founder of this firm.

Danny recognizes the toll that divorce can take. Rather than litigation, Danny takes a collaborative approach to family problems. He works particularly well with clients who are able to engage in problem-solving and remain respectful. Placing the needs of clients and especially children first, Danny helps clients manage their anger, feelings of betrayal, and lost expectations. He provides them with an objective assessment of their case, and advises them on strategies to keep negotiations moving. All of his efforts are directed at giving the couple the best chance of reaching an agreement, restructuring their lives in a positive way, and minimizing further trauma.

Outside of practicing law, Danny has served as an officer and director of a national sports organization with which he has been involved for more than 40 years.
