Tiffany graduated in 2023 from the College of Law, University of Saskatchewan. Prior to law school, Tiffany gained her undergraduate and postgraduate education in England. She was a certified court interpreter in BC since 2017 interpreting between Mandarin and English. 

While in law school, Tiffany volunteered for Pro Bono Students Canada in researching the issue of equitable educational opportunity for children with disabilities within the Yukon's public education system. Tiffany was also the 2021-2022 Executive in Membership for the USask Law Branch of the Runnymede Society, which was engaged in organizing debates and events about the rule of law, constitutionalism, and individual liberty. 

 Tiffany enjoys hiking in nature, exploring hot springs, watching musicals, and listening to audio books.
